Led full product design across 3 surfaces over 12 months. Conducted stakeholder workshops to map permission hierarchies, then abstracted complex blockchain concepts into intuitive file actions — upload, verify, transfer.

A dual-portal system for quarterly CAR report management — enabling bank executives to complete compliance reports with guided, error-resilient flows.
Complex quarterly compliance reports were being filled manually with high error rates, causing regulatory delays and back-and-forth between admins and executives.

Insurance adjusters juggled multiple disconnected tools to manage claims — phone calls, spreadsheets, emails — causing delays, errors, and frustrated policyholders with no visibility into their claim status.
Designed a dual-user mobile app serving both adjusters (power users) and policyholders (infrequent, high-stress users). US compliance baked in — HIPAA notices, ESIGN e-signatures, and state-specific denial flows.
